Early Life and Education
Born in Riyadh in 1910 CE to a family known for piety and learning. Lost his eyesight completely by the age of 20 due to illness, but this did not deter him from memorizing the Qur’an and dedicating his life to Islamic scholarship.

Studied under prominent scholars such as Shaykh Muhammad ibn Ibraaheem Aal al-Shaykh, Shaykh Sa’d ibn Atiq, and Shaykh ‘Abdullah ibn Hasan Aal al-Shaykh. Specialized in Fiqh, Hadith, Aqeedah, and Tafsir, and became one of the leading voices of Salafi scholarship in the 20th century.
